We use textual information extracted from web pages + visual information extracted from the images themselves to rerank a set of images extracted from pages returned using Google Web Search.

Below are the sorted results for a set of animal queries: Alligator, Ant, Bear, Beaver, Dolphin, Frog, Giraffe, Leopard, Monkey and Penguin. We also demonstrate that using a set of query phrases related to Monkeys we can return an even larger pool of Monkey pictures.
